The third wave arrived from the beginning of the millennium to the present. Their vibratory frequency is around 5.4 to 5.9 Hz, and their sixth chakra is very highly developed. These Indigo Children are much more tailored for a modern world. They are highly spiritual, open-minded, and technology savvy.
